Fruit fields for visible quality and application fit
For strawberry, we would confirm maturity direction, Brix requirement or test basis, size language, color reference, broken-fruit definition, attached calyx or stem expectations and intended use. A smoothie, bakery filling and retail pack may prioritize them differently.
