Processing method, preparation and control points depend on the product and facility.
XMG
We translate product and application requirements into process questions for relevant production facility supply options.
production facility
The production facility performs the relevant preparation, freezing, packing and record steps within its confirmed scope.
BUYER
The buyer defines the required form, process attributes, testing, pack and intended application.
STANDARDS & PROGRAMS
Tell us the standard, destination and customer requirement. We provide certification and production details with the product and quotation.
An equipment list is less useful than a clear product and acceptance requirement.
PRODUCT
Define whole, cut, dice, blend, crushed, puree or other required presentation.
PROCESS
State blanching, cutting, sorting or other process expectations when required.
QUALITY
Define condition, defects, tolerances, testing and reference-sample needs.
PACK
Share quantity, pack model, destination and schedule so facility fit can be reviewed.
Exact product-specific flows require separate verified records.
01
Confirm product identity, condition and intake fields relevant to the order.
02
Review washing, trimming, cutting, blanching or other relevant steps.
03
Confirm the relevant freezing and post-freezing handling scope for the product.
04
Connect checks, pack, coding, frozen storage and loading to the approved specification.
The exact record and tolerance must be confirmed with the production facility.
| Decision field | What to confirm | How we handle it |
|---|---|---|
| Process flow | Shows the agreed sequence for the product | Product/facility-specific; verify before publishing as evidence. |
| Preparation setting or check | Supports an agreed preparation attribute | Confirm whether recorded and in what format. |
| Product inspection | Checks the output against the approved specification | Agree fields, sampling and record ownership. |
| Packing and code record | Connects approved product to packed lot | Confirm code and release relationship. |
| Change confirmation | Controls a product, process or source change | Agree when buyer re-approval is required. |
For a quotation, we match the required process to a specific line, current capacity and target product result.
We confirm the relevant process option only after the product, specification, quantity, packing and schedule are clear.
