Frozen Food Packing Options for Bulk, Foodservice and Retail
We coordinate bulk, foodservice, retail-ready and private-label packing for frozen products supplied through XMG Food. We do not sell empty packaging; product, partner facility, material, fill, artwork, carton and quantity must work as one order specification.

Decision-ready follow-upConnect evidence to the order
Packing decisions need physical and written confirmation.
Neutral carton, pallet and loading evidence is used while unapproved customer artwork and branded packaging remain private.
Export-carton detail
Representative export-carton detail. Dimensions, materials, marks and artwork are not final until confirmed in writing.
Palletized cartons
Representative palletized export cartons. Carton format, marks, pallet use and loading plan are confirmed for each order.
Loading record
Representative container-loading record. Shipment evidence is retained according to the agreed order and document scope.
Packing decisions connected from product to carton
A useful packing review goes beyond bag size and shows how the product, unit pack, outer case and destination requirements work together.
01
Channel-fit formats
Bulk, foodservice and retail packs are reviewed around different handling and presentation needs.
02
Feasibility checked before artwork
Material, size, print path, facility and volume are discussed before the buyer commits to a direction.
03
Inner and outer pack stay aligned
Unit fill, units per carton, marks and logistics requirements are confirmed as one configuration.
04
Versions remain identifiable
Pack specification, artwork, label and carton revisions are connected to the relevant order reference.
STANDARDS & PROGRAMS
Food Safety and Certification Support
Tell us the standard, destination and customer requirement. We provide certification and production details with the product and quotation.

Compare packing references by product and approval question
Share your pack format, size, material, language, artwork and carton-mark requirements. We will coordinate the relevant options and approval steps.
Asparagus retail pouch reference
Use this reference to discuss pouch footprint, product visibility, label area and unit-to-carton fit.
Mixed-vegetable artwork reference
A multi-ingredient pack requires product naming, composition, language, net weight, lot code and artwork version to stay aligned.
Green-bean unit-pack reference
Review pack dimensions, fill behavior, seal area and the relationship between unit pack and export carton.
Cauliflower pack-format reference
Use the physical pack to confirm product-form fit, visible panel space, coding position and handling route.
Broccoli retail-pack reference
Connect floret size and fill behavior to bag size, material, seal direction, label and carton configuration.
Sweet-pumpkin carton-mark reference
Carton marks should match the approved product description, unit count, lot or date code, destination and shipment documents.
Know who confirms each packing decision
The buyer, XMG and the selected production facility each have clear inputs and follow-up responsibilities.

Commercial units and cartons for industrial or wholesale handling.
Foodservice packing
Practical units for distributor, catering and professional-kitchen operations.
Retail-ready packing
Consumer-facing formats that require artwork, labeling and pack approval.
Private-label projects
For a complete product-and-pack program, continue to the retail and private-label buyer solution.

Reconfirm pack feasibility for the selected production facility
These checks help your team compare the actual option being proposed, not a broad general claim.
Product or supply variation
Available materials, sizes, print methods and carton configurations depend on the product, production facility, order quantity and destination. Alternative formats must be reviewed rather than assumed equivalent.
Material changes
A different product, origin, facility, pack or timing is shown for buyer review.
Current information
We do not supply empty packaging materials as a standalone business. Pack sizes and printed-pack minimums are confirmed with the selected facility; production lead-time guidance is set out below.

What frozen food packaging options can XMG coordinate?
Bulk, foodservice, retail-ready and private-label formats may be provided for products we supply.
Do you sell empty frozen food packaging?
We coordinate bulk, foodservice, retail-ready and private-label packing for frozen products supplied through XMG Food, with material, size, print and carton configuration confirmed for the order.
Can I request a specific bag size?
Yes. Feasibility depends on product, facility, material, fill, print path and quantity.
What belongs in a pack specification?
Pack type, dimensions, material, target fill, closure or seal direction, label or artwork, carton and marks.
Does retail artwork approval confirm pack performance?
We treat artwork approval and production-pack performance as separate checks, then define the proof, sample and approval stages needed for the project.
What affects printed-pack MOQ and production lead time?
Printed-pack MOQ depends on material, print method, SKU count, pack dimensions and volume. Typical production lead time is 7–21 calendar days after order confirmation. Order confirmation follows written approval of the specification, packing or artwork, purchase order and agreed payment milestone. Ocean transit and destination customs clearance are excluded. We confirm packaging-material preparation and print availability before approving the production schedule.
Can carton marks be customized?
Requirements can be reviewed and should be provided with destination and buyer instructions.
What should I send for a packing review?
Send product, pack use, target unit size, material or reference, artwork status, carton need, quantity and market.
Confirm pack type, size, material and labeling needs
Send the product or scope, specification, quantity, packing, destination and target timing. We will reply with the next useful questions.
